OFFICIAL RULES Body Cast Guy Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR TEXT MESSAGE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TEXT MESSAGE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO WIN.

Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of DAKOTACARE, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. An eligible minor should have his/her parent′s or legal guardian′s permission to enter. By participating, entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or DAKOTACARE, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on and 11:59 p.m. CT on June 29, 2008 there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Text Message: Text OUCH to 47201. You will then be sent a text message indicating you are registered, as determined by DAKOTACARE in its sole discretion. Your cellular phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to participate via this method. Standard text message rates apply to each text message sent and received in connection with this sweepstakes. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. All valid text message entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 29, 2008 to be eligible. Or, 2) To enter without text messaging, enter online at www.dakotacare.com/ouch Immediately following the submission of your answer, you will be notified via email that you are registered to win. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 2930, 2008 to be eligible. You may enter once a day during the contest period. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of DAKOTACARE and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 30, 2008 from all eligible entries received. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If potential winner entered via text message, he/she will be notified via text message with directions on how to claim his/her prize. If potential winner entered online, he/she will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail. Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, DAKOTACARE is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at DAKOTACARE′s discretion, an alternate winner selected.

PRIZE: $500 Visa Gift Card (1) General Prize Conditions/Restrictions: Total ARV of all prizes: $500. All federal, state and local taxes as well as any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are each winner′s sole responsibility. Winners may not substitute, assign, redeem for cash or transfer a prize, but DAKOTACARE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at DAKOTACARE′s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, illegible or garbled entries, text messages or answers; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, wireless service provider or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed wireless transmissions, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, answers or text messages, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by DAKOTACARE, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in DAKOTACARE′s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the DAKOTACARE, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, DAKOTACARE reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by DAKOTACARE. Entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians), by participating, agree that DAKOTACARE, Lawrence & Schiller, Inc., The Regan Group, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. Each winner (and, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for DAKOTACARE and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same cellular phone number, the authorized subscriber of the cellular phone number at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the cellular phone number by wireless service provider responsible for assigning that cellular phone number.
