DAKOTACARE offers a variety of HMO plans to help keep your employees healthy so they can remain productive for you. DAKOTACARE’s extensive provider network includes over 98% of the physicians and pharmacies; and 100% of the facilities in located in 200 South Dakota communities.

DAKOTACARE now offers employers five main plan types, the Select, Choice, Ultra, Reserve (HSA) and Essential Plans,  with a variety of different copay, deductible and coinsurance options. 

DAKOTACARE also offers employers a unique monthly deductible option.  DAKOTACARE's monthly deductible, offered with the Select and Choice Plans, provides employers with an affordable alternative filling individual members needs with a group plan.
