DAKOTACARE offers voluntary supplemental insurance products through Allstate Workplace Division. Enrollment in the plans is completely voluntary, meaning there is no cost to the employer.

The plans are completely portable with no COBRA involvement, which provides the employee with the option of maintaining the coverage if they leave their employment by continuing to make the premium payments directly to Allstate.
