Allstate Workplace Division offers Group Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance that helps prepare you for the unexpected with flexible, affordable income protection. Available benefit periods are 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years. The plan provides benefits for up to 60% of salary or $3000 per month, whichever is higher. The application process is easy, and no evidence of insurability is necessary. This coverage is available only to you as an employee, no family benefits are available.
